About
Allen Hadden is a Co-Founder and Chief Architect at Noetic Cyber, responsible for the design and development of Noetic’s continuous cyber asset management and controls platform. Allen has more than 24 years’ experience in software development leadership and architect roles at 5 different startups.
Prior to founding Noetic, Allen was Chief Architect and Senior Technical Staff Member at IBM Security, which he joined through IBM’s acquisition of Resilient Systems in 2016. He has also held engineering leadership roles at Carbonite, NormSoft, EMC and Authentica. Allen has deep software development experience and has been responsible for driving innovation at leading startups in cybersecurity, cloud and mobile.
Allen has a BS in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of Delaware, and an MS in Software Development and Management, Rochester Institute of Technology.
