About
Paul Ayers is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Noetic Cyber. He has a 30-year proven track record of building successful cybersecurity companies in a series of leadership roles across 5 start-ups, all with successful exits. Before founding Noetic in 2019, Paul was an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at TenEleven Ventures, responsible for finding and developing innovative cybersecurity startups.
Prior to joining TenEleven, Paul was General Manager, EMEA for Resilient Systems where he was the founding hire and grew the team to 45 people and over 150 customers in a 3-year period. Paul has also held senior positions at Vormetric, PGP Corporation, and Symantec.
Paul is a Board Member for the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), a not-for-profit organization with a mission to promote the use of best practices for providing security assurance within cloud computing. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Revelock, a pioneer in behavioral biometric based online fraud prevention and is also an Executive Advisor for Cryptosense, the world’s leading platform for cryptography lifecycle management.
